A great deal is being done, over the past six months or so, to teach Americans in general, and patients who suffer indescribably in particular, about Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS). Tomorrow morning, October 19, at 8:35 a.m. CDT, I will be on the Chicago station (WMBI) of the Moody Network with several other guests talking about CFIDS, an illness I have struggled with for nearly ten years now. The panel will include an expert physician and several others that I have not met or had dialog with previously. If you live in the Chicago region you can hear this on 90.1 FM. I am not certain of this but you may be able to hear it on the Internet. Check out the Moody Network site and see what you can find. I will also try to get the link from Moody and put it on the ACT 3 site eventually.

john,
i hope that this might be a good, small part of the redemption of all your struggles! a good friend of mine struggled with chronic fatigue for many years. he got some relief via clairitin. in the past year or so it has mysteriously lifted. it’s a hard illness, i pray that you might know much grace in all of it…
John, I’ve been working with board certified internist Jacob Teitelbaum, MD for many years. His published treatment protocol for CFS is highly effective in helping patients get their lives back. His perennial best-seller on the topic, From Fatigued to Fantastic! (Avery Penguin Group) has just come out in a 3rd revised edition. Also check out http://www.vitality101.com . Dr. Teitelbaum had CFS and fibromyalgia when he was a medical student, so he understands what people go through and their frustration when told by specialists that “its’ all in your head.” Another great source is http://www.fibroandfatigue.com. The national Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers, where Dr. T is Medical Director, offer his effective treatment protocol. Please let me know if the info on Vitality101.com is helpful.
Wishing you the best, /Dean Draznin
